Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical guidance to your teams, managers, and customers. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical expertise; a focus on target channel; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. This position is a senior role assisting with the management of customers, accounts, clients, and internal stakeholders. What being a Solutions Lead at Dapasoft is all about, is this you? You are excited about the next project we have just assigned you as the Technology Lead. You are thinking of the many ways to approach the first kick off meeting. You have met with the project manager and together you have a plan, understand the scope and the tactical approach in executing the plan to complete the project. You understand the SDLC and how to work effectively with agile and waterfall methodologies and you know when to adapt these methodologies. You have an excellent understanding of the team skill sets – BA, Developer, QA If you can visualize yourself in the above, here are the responsibilities, and qualifications which we would like you to have. Responsibilities – Duties and responsibilities generally include but are not limited to:Management Familiar with running projects in agile or waterfall models Practical experience using Azure DevOps to execute projects. Comfortable in managing a team size of 5-10 technical resources. Sales Able to articulate and simplify technical concepts to customers. Experienced in preparing project proposals, technical WBS, architecture diagrams, estimates. Architecture Practical experience with TOGAF framework Working knowledge of ITIL practices Able to document and apply architectural design patterns. Experience architecting enterprise solutions. Qualifications Requirements 2+ Years working as a Solutions Lead or Lead Architect 8+ years of proven experience as a Solution or Technical Architect in a high performing development team 5+ years architecting solutions using Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure) Experience speaking with stakeholders to provide a High-level Architecture and Strategy Project Management experience is an asset. In-depth technical and Healthcare knowledge including experience within Integration is an asset. Provides high-level architectural guidance to clients and internally. Evaluates and design recommendations and ensures all recommended solutions are in line with the project goals and objectives. Excellent customer relationship management skills combined with a strong ability to forge long lasting relationships. Self-driven, proactive member of the team with thirst for learning and adopting to ever changing priorities, technologies, competitors, and cloud environments. Experience in establishing and promoting continuous improvement processes and mechanisms.
